Juicing For Beginners
Juicing has become a big part of many individuals’ regimes, but still, a lot of people don’t know what it is and how they can use it to start shedding pounds.
So what is this great weight-loss method called juicing?
Simple really, it’s squeezing the juice out of vegetables and fruits, and the simplest way to get at all that fruit and veggie nectar is by using a juice extractor or what’s usually called a Juicer. You can do it manually, but it takes a hell of a lot of time, and the juicer system is so much easier and saves time.
You may have seen the infamous Jack La Lanne all over TV selling his juicer or maybe even The Juice Man juicer, both being promoted on TV, but whatever juicer you plan on getting, most work pretty much the same, and you will be able to pick one up in most stores.
So why is it so good?
Well, when you replace some of your diets with juices or go on a juice fast you can shed weight quickly and it also detoxifies your body, which we all need.
But not only that, not only do you lower your calorie count whenever you juice, but you are also collecting other nutritional advantages.
The fact of the matter is that most people don’t get enough nutrition in their diets, and this can cause all manner of health problems, so with the intake of these juiced vegetables and fruits, the properties in them actually help increase your immune system.
The phytochemicals, antioxidants, and nutrients found in vegetables and fruits help the body to combat illness, irritation, and pain, and also it is a great way of getting your 5 suggested servings of vegetables and natural products into your eating regimen.
So what should you start off with?
Carrot, Apple & Ginger
A simple and healthy plus nice tasting juice to start off with is carrot, apple, and ginger juice. The carrot is full of carotene, which the body converts to vitamin A, but is also an excellent source of vitamins B and C.
Adding an apple to the formula adds a sweet flavor to the carrot juice, but not only that, but apples are also good for the heart, lungs, and bones. The ginger reduces nausea, pain, and inflammation, and provides heartburn relief. It can also aid with digestion and metabolism.

Add all ingredients through juicer and enjoy!
There are numerous other combinations of fruits and veggies to use to make a healthy drink, my favorite being broccoli, cucumber, avocado, and mangoes, but the choice is up to you.
I would recommend using green veggies to juice due to the fact that they are absolutely awesome for the body and help shed those extra pounds extremely quickly.
